  1. The Christmas Promotion starts 1st November 2017 and ends 30th November 2017. The promotion instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions.
  2. Promotion applicable to the UK, to Denmans Account & Cash sale account customers only.
  3. This promotion is not open to employees of Rexel UK Limited, their families, agents or any Government Department, Public Authority or Company whose trading terms expressly forbid such arrangements.
  4. Employees working for a Denmans customer must have their employer’s permission to participate in this promotion. Misrepresentation in this matter will terminate individual participation in the promotion immediately with no liability to Denmans or its associated companies.
  5. For every deal purchased at the advertised price in the Denmans November/December Connector, Christmas Promotion Prizes will be awarded accordingly.
  6. The promotion is open to trade counter purchases and telephone orders.
  7. Christmas Promotion Gifts (“Gifts”) must be claimed at the time of placing the order.
  8. Gifts may not be exchanged once ordered.
  9. Gifts must be ordered at the time of purchase of goods.
  10. Age restrictions apply: Alcohol – minimum 18 years old.
  11. The correct number of Christmas Promotion deals must be purchased to claim the relevant Gift or Gifts.
  12. Gifts may only be claimed by the account holder.
  13. Christmas Promotion Gifts claimed will only be redeemed if the participating customer’s account complies with the agreed trading terms and conditions between the customer and Denmans.
  14. Gifts will not be supplied to any account where they are on credit stop.
  15. All Gifts are offered on the basis that they are subject to availability. Denmans reserves the right to substitute rewards of a similar quality and value if the reward featured is no longer available for any reason.
  16. There is no cash alternative to the Gifts on offer in whole or in part.
  17. Whilst Denmans shall endeavour to deliver the Gifts as soon as possible there may be a light delay due to stock availability of seasonal products.
  18. All Gifts are supplied with and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  19. As far as the law permits Denmans will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of the use of any reward in this promotion.
  20. All claims must be made by 30th November 2017.
  21. Orders only from 1st November 2017 and ends 30th November 2017 will be eligible for the Gifts.
  22. We will accept no goods back for credit if a Gift has been supplied against the goods but reserve the right to offer a replacement product under warranty.
  23. All Christmas Promotion Gifts will be invoiced free of charge to the appropriate trading account only.
  24. This promotion is not open to customers who are participating in any other Denmans promotional activity or rebates.
  25. Denmans reserves the right to exclude certain customer orders on prior notification to the customer. Project orders and goods obtained against quotation are excluded from this promotion.
  26. The reward value will be awarded against the net value of purchases for the period (excluding VAT and after discounts) over the Denmans Trade Counter against the account number(s) provided on registration.
  27. All Gift claims must be submitted to the Denmans Branch for approval by the Business Manager and processing. The terms and conditions must be agreed to at this stage. i. Participant acknowledges that there may be tax and national insurance liabilities on both the Participant and the Customer consequent upon participation in the Scheme (including as a result of accruing and/or redeeming Christmas Promotion Points). The Participant shall notify the Customer and the tax authorities accordingly, shall be solely responsible for such liabilities and shall indemnify Rexel UK Limited and the Customer in respect of any failure to pay employers national insurance contributions)
  28. Customers claiming multiple Gifts may be required to declare this to The Inland revenue and Denmans accept no responsibility for any customer’s failure to comply.
  29. Denmans will refuse to redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Damaged, invalid or incomplete reward claims will be void.
  30. No responsibility can be accepted for lost claims or registrations.
  31. Denmans reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at their sole discretion and without notice.
  32. In all matters of interpretation of these terms and conditions, the decision of Denmans is final.
